Nada , todo fue perfecto

Beds and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Our door broke so we had to wait and be moved to a new room. There was a mildew smell in both rooms and hall areas. I suggest the hotel invest in some sort of at least the bags that pull moisture out of the rooms. Even the carpets seems damp all the time.

Love the location can't get any better than that! Super close to the beach walking distance

The staff was not too friendly. They have a water stand for guest that was not refilled for 2 days. When I asked staff for water during breakfast I was told to go to the water fountain which was broken.

Took us 2 hours to get checked in because whoever was working just got up and left.Manager told me at check out I would be getting refunded some money on both rooms for one night.I’m still waiting for that refund.

our room had a smell and due to having such a big family and needing joining rooms with other family we stuck it out so it wouldn’t inconvenience us or the hotel staff having to clean another room

This hotel smells of urine in our bedroom bathrooms. The walk to the beach was not safe, lots of trash and dirty. I ask for a discount on our family room since 2 of or guest did not stay after all. The front desk said to ask Booking.com since we reserved with your website. I will make a Google review of this stay as well, it will not be a good one unfortunately. this hotel needs a lot of remodeling.
