We had the big storm to come through. And we had no electricity and having two little ones we needed to be somewhere safe. And I was able to book a room and get in the staff was extremely extremely nice they accommodated all I need I really do appreciate them. The room was clean the bathroom was clean no complaints

Everything was very clean, housekeeping cleaned and restocked our room everyday with towels!!
We were here for military graduation and would recommend to families.
The pool was clean with pool towels provided as well, picnic tables and grill in the back also; however it is first come first serve.
Breakfast area clean and stocked each morning including fresh fruits, coffee, eggs, sausage along with usual bagels, toast, waffles, etc.
Check in/out very easy with staff pleasant to interact with. All rooms are inside corridors and felt safe.
Location is just off the interstate along the access road, but still busy at certain times. Although it was easy to get anywhere including JBSA Lackland, The Alamo and Riverwalk with tons of activities for all!

The breakfast is minimal. Better than a continental. Something when you don't have time to make another stop.
The cleaning of the bathroom. They need to change out the shower curtain. It may look clean but the smell is really bad and it does not stay in the bathroom. If they could clean up some of the equipment around back of parking lot. Not very inviting.
