Half of my deposit was kept because I used a towel to clean up some juice that was on the floor. The hotel doesn’t provide napkins in the room so how else was I suppose to clean up a spill at 11 p.m. at night ?

The room was clean. Friendly staff.

This hotel needs serious updating and some repairs. AC/heater was dirty and noisy. Road noise due to the proximity to the highway. No desire to stay here again.

The spa tub was great once I finally got into the room that I booked that had it.

That I was charged $80.50 extra than the price I had confirmed with Booking.com once I arrived at the hotel just to get the room I actually book with y'all.

Dirty rude staff no remote and door looked like the dea kicked it in

There was no breakfast, first morning we were there, went to eat breakfast at 8 am, when it was served to 9am, only thing that was out was muffins. No eggs, pancakes, like was advertised.

The room I booked online was not the room that they gave me. They blamed the booking company, even after I called the booking company and the booking company called the hotel and told them that they had put me in wrong room.

U have to pay a deposit of $100 , and at check out time the front counter lady came and sniffed my room for a weed smell walked me back to the office to get my hundred dollars deposit that’s was so rude . When u check into that hotel u have to have cash on u to pay a deposit and on this app does not specifically say a deposit. I could have went somewhere better and cleaner and most of all better service 😡
