The room was clean and good beds
Broke down ice machine on my floor, unable to access entry to end of building door, confused and under trained night clerk

Breakfast was great. Everything was stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed it. WE had great parking just outside the front door of the hotel. The room was nice and cool, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The location was excellent, being just off the main highway. Additionally, we had restaurants close by in what is a quiet district south of Abeline.
The hotel rooms were great, the staff were most helpful, and the hotel facilities were generally well maintained.
The air conditioning system within our room was noisy.

pretty clean, not bad location.
smell in the hotel was fairly bad, ice machine was making a lot of noise all night long. TVs not loud at all. fitness center is not much of one. somewhat functional but not that great.

The staff member that checked us in was happy and kind. The room was clean.
I booked a smoking room which you didn't have in the hotel. The breakfast was cold at 7:30 am.

the location was close to everywhere we needed to go
the rooms are very old and dilapidated, definitely not worth the price. also getting room service was a headache 2 out of the 5 days we were there we didn’t even get room service. Two times the house cleaning lady walked right into the room without knocking and we were still in the room. Constantly had to ask for things, toilet paper, soap, etc…

The toilet is to small and low to the floor. It was hard to sit down and get up with bad knees.
