Very convenient, wonderful staff, comfortable lodging.

Very friendly staff, from the moment of check in to check out. Super convenient location for what we needed, good breakfast in the mornings. Texas shaped waffles!

Could use some sprucing up; cleaning the outside of the property, new paint, updating fixtures, etc. No elevator. Benches in the smoking area were falling apart.

For the price per night the accommodations were below par

Property was a bit run down

The bed cover in my room had cigarette burn holes and the pillows we very uncomfortable

It had cable

Rotten milk at breakfast, room smelled and was dirty, crusty and dirty care. People doing drugs at the pool. I made the front desk aware and they did nothing accept say doesn't surprise me.

I asked the the lady at the front desk to change my sheets she said she didn’t know how? then i said please give me a cl

I arrived and my bed was dirty sheets had hair and makeup on them.

Will not book another visit.

Breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs. Fake juice. Tasteless waffle.

They didn't accept my AARP card for discount. Price too high for the poor quality.

Nice location, needs upgrading

Location and staff.

Elongated toilet bowl with a small round toilet lid, inside door handle of room fell off, toilet float stuck after one flush, shower handle spun around making it hard to get hot water or turn shower off. Repaired unpainted holes throughout room and full length mirror was no longer on wall.

Clean facilities extremely friendly staff! No elevator so won’t stay again. Can’t do stairs being disabled!!

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

conveniently located and was pet friendly.

No elevator! We are older and have never stayed at a facility that did not have elevator service, that should probably be put on you Website. The breakfast room didn’t even have any napkins; and when we asked for some at the front desk, was just told they didn’t have any….

i will not stay at this olace again due to the poor customer service we received

the location

the staff was rude and non assistive, our room was not cleaned we called to the desk multiple times for extra linems and were never brought any the pool was green green the breakfast was cold

Was very disappointed as we were celebrating anniversary and couldn’t swim in the pool.

Location was fine. Room was clean and comfortable.

Was on second floor, no elevator. Pool was filthy, two trash cans in pool area running over with trash from day before.
