Staff was very accommodating. Really nice people.
The pet friendly room carpet was icky. My dog was obsessed with smelling the odors and in one area she was licking the carpet. She also brought out a large dog hair clump from behind or under the chair.
The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed.
Very noisy room, I think it was the next room heater? Then around 5:00am, the exit door was being used a lot and was loud.

The spa was awesome. Always hot and jets were hard. Easy location to the I 80. Staff was nice.

Our original room’s a/c didn’t work, but they moved us quickly and no problems after that

The front desk staff was very friendly.
The bed was dirty, appeared to have some dead small bugs on it. So I had to sleep in the chair which was very uncomfortable.

Annetta at check-in was very friendly and welcoming and professional. She got us checked in in just a couple of minutes and seemed eager to serve us. She gave us a warm first impression of the hotel.
This might sound strange but I liked the high-quality fixtures in the bathroom sink and shower/tub.

Location was great for driving into Grantsville. The breakfasts were tasty and a lot of choices. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Less expensive would be better but I’m old and not used to all the rising prices.

The breakfast and pool were such a benefit fo the kids and quality time to keep that homey feel. The staff were so nice and helpful.
The beds weren't too comfortable and there were some yucky spots in the hotel that we requested to be cleaned the following morning after check in and the staff got right on, thank you so much!

The staff was friendly. The location was perfect for my visit.
The rooms were clean and roomy.
The room service supplied exactly what we asked for.
The view from our room was beautiful.
The breakfast was decent, but not kept up. Even with large crowds, they would only put out a little bit of food and it was immediately gone. The person in charge of breakfast kept leaving the area and was not there to keep up with the demand. When you have a large crowd in the area, you can't wait until the food is gone before you start to cook more.

Room was clean. Woman working the front desk was friendly and helpful.
No coffee or hot water at breakfast. I had to go out to the lounge for both. Also, several other items were not refilled for breakfast.
