The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I prefer a top floor room that is near the end of the hall. It is generally quieter and less busy in the hallway. The staff accommodates me if they can. They are always there to answer questions.
This lodging is a good value, I believe, and for the price, there aren't any recommended improvements. Free bottles of water would be nice. 😀

The room was very comfortable, clean, and up-to-date. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hot tub was a really nice surprise.
The pool was freezing. Thank God there was a hot tub.

Breakfast was good. We were attending an event at Bristol Motor Speedway and it was 30 minutes away. In the future I would probably look for a place that was closer.
The facilities felt very outdated and in need of updating.

The MAIN reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was out of order!
The hot tub was not working. This was the only hotel in the region with a hot tub. I feel we should have been made aware of this issue before we arrived, so we could have gotten a hotel closer to where we visiting.

I loved the pillows.
The air conditioning in our room could have been better but room was still very comfortable. The tv in our room kept a fuzzing out about every 10 min.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
The property was dated and several things needed attention in our room - stale smell, broken fan in bathroom, cable TV was poor quality image. The hot tub was roped off with caution tape. Breakfast was limited and not high quality.

The breakfast was not ideal for my Gluten Free diet. Only able to eat scrambled eggs and Cheerios each day. Would like more variety like hard boiled eggs, omelets, hash browns etc.
The hot tub was out of order and was told would probably be fixed during my stay- never happened.
The TV was awful! There was no tv guide channel so you have NO idea what’s on. There were many channels that didn’t work and some with no sound. Closed encaptioning wasn’t available either.

It was quiet, and fit our needs for space.
The breakfast was a little below average. They could have had some more fresh fruit and they need to change their waffle batter recipe.

We had a king room. It was huge! It was nice and clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was so friendly!

Hot tub was dirty and smelled bad. Pool was not heated like the website said it was. Room was okay. Breakfast was okay. Overpriced for what it was.

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Kids really enjoyed the pool, and breakfast. Great place to stay.
