The breakfast was ok

The bathtubs need to have a textured surface. It is very slippery and the grab bar was at the wrong end of the tub

It is close to where we were going. It has a wonderful breakfast and good coffee. The people are accommodating. We had a great time.

Ice maker was broke

I love the location because of my dad having chemo and test so early at the hospital by the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me some good advice on booking directly from site. The pillows were fluffy and the bed was soft.

I didn't like the parking lot not lit enough. I didn't feel safe. Other than that everything was good.

Despite the fact that Booking.com failed to notify the Holiday Inn of our reservation, the staff made sure that we were accommodated. They were very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a great offering with many choices.

There was no choice for low fat or gluten free breakfast items.

it was in a good location to where I was going to be with friends.

My first room the television didn’t turn on and the curtains were not that clean. The second room everything was better. The hotel could use a little updating.

there were some very loud people in the halls

well , the building was old not well maintained, the person who did the check in… not kind or pleasant, the bathroom had mold on the wall, the towels had holes in them, the main door didn’t’ close properly. the bed covers where all wrinkled as if somebody had been laying on them. we stayed only for one night but will never comeback.

Friendly Staff, great location, and a yummy breakfast.

One of the construction workers staying there on Saturday night decided to cause commotion by banging on windows and swearing at 3am outside.

Breakfast was alright. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Facilities need to be updated. We stayed from October 10 - 11, and again Oct. 16 - 17. In both cases the telephones were in disrepair and never fixed before departure. First room, part of the suite, the rugs were soaked, moved us to another suite and didn't have use of one of the bathrooms, locked, they were using it for storage. In both cases you would think everything should be in working order.

Make sure the room clean,check the light fixer where a rodent was dead, a bug dead under my bed.
