There was a water pipe brake, the staff worked above and beyond to resolve the issue to accommodate guests.
The hallway was a bit dirty but that was due to the water pipe brake.

I liked it was a little bit off the main road, no freeway noise. Breakfast was hardy with variety. Plenty of parking. Clean, comfortable standard room. Responsive staff, allowed us slightly early check in so we could get ready for our function.
My reservation was in my husbands name so I could not check us in, he had to get out of the car and come in to register us. We share the same name and address, and same credit card number.

Pretty clean.
Breakfast was not good. Plug for microwave was faulty. Nearly fell from slippery shower mat that came unstuck.
