Comfort Suites Madison West - Middleton

The presentation was great and the beds were amazing, very comfy. The rooms were also big and spacious along with the bathroom.

Breakfast I would say, was little bit underwhelming.

Breakfast was good and staff was very nice

No to clean in the room ( bed) and the pillows are not too concerned.

Beautiful room, very dog friendly. Lots of grass area for dogs to play.

N/A

1. Every staff member I interacted with was always friendly and helpful. 2. The pool was nice, clean and kept in good condition. 3. Even though the hotel is close to a busy road, I still couldn't hear the heavy traffic. 4. The fireplace area was a very nice place to hang out.

1. My first encounter in my room was a cockroach crawling across my toilet seat. 2. The rooms either next to me or above me must have taken a bath in the early morning hours multiple times. The noise from the water running through the pipes is deafening loud and woke me up (kept me up) from 2:30am on several nights in a row. 3. Quite unsettling were people (usually tradesmen) always hanging out in their cars in the parking lot playing music and drinking, with their car doors open. 4. The breakfast buffet was decent, but every morning I would come down about 8am and there was scrambled egg, cereal, and waffle batter and syrup either on the floor, all over the counter or both. Very unclean and unappetizing! 5. All of the equipment in the workout room was either broken or not working properly. Even the dumbell selection only had one small weight and the rest went from 25 lbs and up. Not something the average person can work out with.
