We loved this hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the pool facilities were well-maintained and perfect for our kids.
The coffee could be better, and lids for the coffee would have been nice.

Pool area was huge. The water feature was a great addition to the pool. The kids enjoyed that. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was a bit frigid.
The room was very spacious. We really like the size of the family suite.
The breakfast was pretty darn good. Lots of options; eggs, sausage waffles, potatoes, packaged muffins, cereal, toast and bagels….etc.
The queen beds were nice and generally comfortable.
However some of the furniture was way past its prime and needed to be replaced. There were fluid spots all over the hide a bed mattress. It was completely shot. The hide a bed mattress covering and cushion was in terrible condition.
The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom seems to be getting cleaned, but the floor looks dirty, as if the corners never get scrubbed. A little more detailed attention to cleaning would improve the room cleanliness.

I love the fact that the outlet was so close to the hotel.
We went just so our kids could get the pool, but the pool was closed and never opened.
