the room was very nice, modern, cosy, nice bedding, large modern bathroom, clean, coffee provided, great shower, fresh towels, the free bike hire was a great bonus for getting around Santa Barbara too!

Excellent value for money considering the location. An easy walk to all the shops/restaurants on State Street
Shame there is no coffee machine / kettle.

Location was perfect...i went to a concert at the arlington theater and it is in walking distant...had breakfast at the ihop across the street the next morning and drove back...as planned

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The free bicycle availability was the best part of my trip! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I loved the large bathroom. The observation deck was a very nice plus.
The hotel needs serious physical updating, beginning with replacing the old door locks with card keys. Other needed improvements: old carpets, aluminum single-paned windows.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. The location was really good, very close to downtown. The room size was excellent.
We were by the road and the windows don't close properly so it was quite loud. Also the sound of toilets flushing from the room above was extremely loud in our room.

The place was very clean. As I was checking out I noticed just how detailed they are with clean up.

Great location, staff on the desk where very helpful, it’s was amazing to sit on the decking and watch the sunset 😄

It was easy to check in and check out. Plenty of parking both street and location. The staff was extremely nice.
It’s a bit dark outside and the hotel sign is a bit hidden and hard to see.
