InTown Suites Extended Stay Gulfport

The peace I didn't have at the place I was before

But I haven't received a discount for my toilet being broke the first 3 weeks

The people was cool

The location was good and close to literally everything!

There’s supposedly a 10pm parking lot curfew. This curfew was never mentioned until a week after my stay by staff knocking on my car window stating that if I didn’t get out of my car and go in my room immediately, that I would be kicked off the property. I didn’t like how the situation was handled. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The price!

That they didn't have the RM I reserved and I had no choice but to upgrade as they call it and I had to pay a deposit. There was no chair only two hard onws at table, ants crawling in our RM from upstairs., baby roaches, our remote never worked could not get a another one. Our tv wouldn't come on for like 8 hrs and there was lines going throug the screen they said they couldn't replace it. Only allowed one set of towels a week. My other guest came in late and the after hour person would not give them a key and wanted us to pay $10 for it To check in or if this hotel you have to stand in a line outside because they only allow one person at a time in
