Great location. Appreciated the windows(!), beautiful view of the Capitol but NO street noise! (and windows opened!). Nice suite, Comfy bed. Mini-refrigerator. Updated bathroom. Loved the complimentary UW cookies.

These are minor—- Bar/restaurant seemed understaffed, at all times— morn, noon, night- very understandable given Labor Day weekend, farmers market, taste of Madison, UW football game. Having to wait at the restaurant forever to pay for a few coffees to get quickly on the road in the morning- not great. Most people are paying $300+ per night, seems to be nickel and diming your guests, may want to consider offering complimentary coffee and even bottled waters.

No hot tub and price because of the taste of Madison event ( jacked the prices up). For the price, could have offered a free breakfast. Leaking in bathroom so we had to move to another room, which we liked better.

The location is perfect to experience Madison without a car. Staff was friendly.

We did not have our room cleaned — despite ie being scheduled — which was a big disappointment. They did take off one night of parking to try to make it right but I would have rather had a clean room! The location of the pool is tough when you have kids who make noise (there are rooms opening up right to the pool area).

Post restaurant staff was very accommodating on UW Madison graduation weekend. Reception and Valet service polite and efficient. Rooms clean and comfortable.
