Clean, good heating, comfortable bed, several clean towels, fridge w/ freezer, microwave, decent breakfast items, felt safe, parking.
TV had a weird image - size of TV shows didn't fit the screen - the images were larger than the screen.
Room had a little bit of a damp smell.

Location good.
Breakfast could have been more of a breakfast, cereal and toast isn't what people want for breakfast when they stay at a hotel. They want pancakes, or waffles, eggs sausage ect.

Didn't attend breakfast

The hallways were dirty. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. The chair in the room had cigarette holes. The decor is outdated. It did not smell, which was good. I did not make it to the breakfast. I did not receive a receipt for my stay. The female at the front counter was not welcoming.
