Great oceanview.
Although the family room is big, it looks outdated. The carpet feels sticky and dirty( our kids walk around barefoot so their feet shows dirt and turns black)

Our room was a king suite with a view. The view was wonderful! We had a little balcony with two chairs that was nice. The space had fireplace, TV, table with two chairs, games, dishwasher and refrigerator and sink. The basics I expected were there. Rockaway Beach is a cute little town with a great beach.
The room was mostly clean but there were repairs done in a shoddy manner. The bathtub bottom was very slippery and needs a mat to prevent falls. The price felt a little high considering how old and worn everything was. This might be a good place for a family as there is a pool. We probably won't book here again.
