Great position with easy drives to Beverley Hills and Hollywood. Easy check-in, helpful staff. Good breakfast included.
Great room, with very comfortable bed. Lovely relaxing roof pool for adults, with drinks service.

Thank you to the lovely staff at The London for another wonderful stay.
The location is excellent, the house car is so convenient and a nice touch. The pool area is a vibe! Special mention to concierge Stephen who went above and beyond to help me source a particular item I wanted to bring home as a gift for a dear friend.
Until the next time , many thanks indeed.
Cleanliness, location, size of the rooms, house car.

Staff polite and friendly, bed really comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I would choose to stay here again if I were in the area.
Only thing I’d say is I struggled to get any gluten free food other than crisps and dip from the room service menu, I’d have liked another option as I would have used the room service a lot more but had to order door dash

Good location
Rooms need refresh
Breakfast uninspiring
Extra amenity charge for using pool seems ridiculous when you are a paying guest
