Location, friendly staff nice room.

Pool was cool and cloudy water. There was a funky smell in certain areas.

An amazing property! Literally across the street from the airport and yet; we did not hear a single airplane

Not much… the pool filter could clean a bit faster, but the pool was clean each morning ..

I’d like the location of the property to the airport.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. We did have towels that were dirty in the room.

Friendly staff, great location near airport with shuttle, nice facilities.

The sleeper sofa didn't have a mattress felt like sleeping on the floor..awful! Pillows were not comfortable, all were flat and hard.

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

I wish house keeping would come for cleaning without asking atleast after a day. And I wish netflix or any channel would work.

There was too much rush during my stay. Breakfast was available but the way the staff was managing it was pathetic. In fact staff didn't even showed up for any service.

My room 413 was stinking. I complaint multiple times at the reception but they were helpless. Seems the smell was coming form the kitchen which was blocked. Since the accomodation was full, they couldn't even switched my room as well. We spend 2 nights in a smiling room. All they have done is refunded me 100 dollars. Not acceptable at all. Also during late nights, some one dropped big bags of garbage besides my room and after we complaint the reception, no action was taken. The smell was all around. Overall poor services and a really bad experience at the towel.
