they allowed someone off the streets to sleep on the stairs a few feet away from my door. That man vomited all over the stairs. But when I went to leave the manager chased me outside because my dog was barking. I paid full price plus pet fee but there was a man sleeping and vomiting on the stairs

Previous review for a different hotel oops! This one was very comfortable, I can't remember having any issues at all. Wish I could have enjoyed the pool but I had a dog!

The room was pretty clean and bed was comfortable.

convenient location, microwave, 2 sinks in the room , and the fridge was loud but very handy to have!
pictures were deceiving but after seeing the other hotels in the area, that appeared to be the norm. No housekeeping services and we had to request towels daily and toilet paper (less than half rolls at check in). check in/out staff was not very friendly but did have decent interactions with other staff members.

I was glad it had a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, coffee maker, & the cart to help bring in my items was very helpful. The location was very easy to find. The staff was very nice. As long as you keep the prices reasonable I will stay here again.
The bathtub faucet was hard to work, may need an update. There should be a dog poop bag dispenser so people could use to clean up after their dogs with a sign stating that they must pick up after their dog. I had to watch where I walked because so many people were not picking up after their dog. I know you can’t make people do that but if there was a place to get a bag & a sign stating they should clean up after their dog, it might help.

Asked for a room on the ground floor and that was met. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the highway was easy to get to and quick.
The Key Card machine was broken and we had to ask staff every time we left and needed back into our room. There was a coffee maker, but no cups. No water cups either. Highway noise was a little loud.

The bath tub controls were broken and almost impossible to operate. The bed was very hard. The kitchenette was useless without going out and buying utensils to eat and cook with. Very noisy with the stairs right against the bedroom wall.

We did not receive discount that was noted on booking site. Your clerk said the discount should have been reced through website?. Motel is located along a side road and truck noise was heard all night?.

Highly recommend! Will stay @ Shilo again & again! Rooms had new microwave/mini-fridg. & the beds were FANTASTIC! Extremely CLEAN & QUIET! Our Bulldogs enjoyed the easy access for walks! Thank you Shilo Motel!!

Hot tub was out of service. No breakfast, staff seemed clueless. Pool water and shower was too cold to swim. Cable t.v. was very fuzzy.

Close to the freeway but without the noise. Conveniently located next to stores and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and friendly and accommodating staff.
No elevator and the pool was closed. The elevator was no problem. The clerk simply changed our room to the ground floor in a quick and friendly way.

There was no breakfast.
I appreciated the grassy areas, but the dogggie bombs are hard to dodge. I realize people should clean up after their pets. I always have waste bags, most people don't. For the extra room dog fee you could at least provide waste bags and a convenient place to discard the dogie waste, or employ someone to scoop poop at least twice/ day.
