I liked the quiet, the fact that the door to the outside hallway remained locked. I think the neighborhood was fine but there are some businesses around that might have produced some drunk people so I knew they just couldn't walk in.
The refrigerator produced a high frequency noise when its motor was engaged. This was annoying but I tolerated it eventually. I did not like the fact the whirlpool was down or... broken. I don't believe it was advertised but if I am going to use an amenity at a hotel, that is typically the thing I would use.

The lady who checked us in was outstanding and helpful. She personally came to our room to address our concerns of red stains on the floor and assured us that we would not be charged.
I was expecting a full continental breakfast. Instead, the morning lady was grouchy(yelling at a gentleman in the back putting items in a brown sack for breakfast) and handed me a partial sack breakfast that had only a sandwich to take to our room to warn up in the microwave and a granola bar.
