Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast

I love the property. This is always my go to hotel when I visit Philadelphia. I lived in Philadelphia for over 20 years. I moved out the country and I always go back to visit and this is the hotel. They always keep me happy

Best Radisson Burger upon late arrival in the Pub !

Beautiful and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

When we booked our rooms, we specifically requested that the two rooms be next to each other or, if that was not possible, at least on the same floor. I made this request before confirming the reservations and providing my credit card information. I even called the hotel beforehand to make sure our request was noted. Unfortunately, our rooms were assigned to completely different floors. To make matters worse, when my daughter’s room key did not work, she was eventually moved to a room that had not been properly cleaned, with visible pubic hairs on the bed. As a nurse, she recognized exactly what she was seeing. It took additional time and effort to get her moved to another room. When I checked out, I was told that all I had to do was request adjoining rooms from the beginning. Excuse me? That is exactly what I did! I specifically asked before finalizing the bookings and even called before providing my credit card information. We drove from Boston expecting a comfortable and stress-free stay, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed by the way this situation was handled. I would appreciate a response explaining how this happened and what you intend to do to address these concerns.

The fact that we had the experience we had after traveling from Boston MA
