The room was visually nice. The tea station was a nice touch. Very clean
The first room we were put in had an extremely pungent pool and cleaning spray smell. Our lungs were irritated upon walking into the room. Staff explained the cleaning closet and pool being in close proximity was probably the reason for our experience. They gave us another room

The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great, and overall a great stay
The bathtub faucet was stuck and the bathtub stopper did not work. This made it difficult to bath my 3 year old. Instead of a bath we had to try and shower them

Breakfast was fair. Could have offered more of a selection and variety of foods, such as turkey sausages, bacon and a variety of fruits

Clean and comfortable
The booking was misleading than the hotel itself.
Expecting heated pool on the rooftop was misleading
