The price is excellent for what we were looking for. The front staff was was amazing and friendly.
The mechanism for the shower was weird, but the shower itself was good.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice.
We booked here because it was close to the softball fields that we were playing on and because of the pool. However, the pool wasn’t working. The breakfast was just stale muffins and granola bars. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Kim at the front desk on the late shift was so welcoming and friendly. She even greeted me by name in the morning .

The caption on the TVs didn't work. No coffee maker the bed was a little hard to get any sleep.

Shower needed to be updated, asked for a sleeping chair and got a room without one

The bed was a little high, I'm only 5 feet. Needed a step stool or something. There was also a small leak around the sink faucet. Not enough to worry about, but you may want to look at it. All in all great place!

I booked through your company and was charged $355 for two nights and the hotel fee was only $125 per night. I only stayed one night bcs the clientele was undesirable and for $355 I expected a much nicer facility. The hotel said they couldn't change the rate bcs I booked it through you. So essentially I paid $355 for one night. Would appreciate a refund for the second night.

Staff, cleanliness, and the large room! Lots of space to relax and then lots of sleeping room.
I only noticed 4 things for improvement, overall I would stay again here in a heartbeat! Huge room, study area and sleeping area. Kitchen area that's full use.
These were the issues I saw. The Bed was very firm. Older stained carpet, bathroom sink faucet leaked when on all over counter. Grab n go breakfast was lacking options.

That the pool wasn't open or filled. They didn't tell us in the email that they wasn't doing breakfast so we had to go buy something for breakfast.
