The hotel is inside a small outdoor shopping place where there are also a few restaurants, perfect if you don’t want to do any driving.

The parking situation wasn’t very clear so we valet, it was $35. Once we got in the hotel we were told there were other (free I think) options within walking distance.

The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.

Everything. Absolutely everything. It made us feel safe. We went for a concert and it was only a walk away from the venue. We LOVED our stay here. The staff was so nice and amazing to us. They accommodated us as needed. And helped with EVERYTHING.

Our room was very noisy. Being right next to the elevator probably didn’t help.

Loved this location for the concert we attended.

They do not have enough luggage carts for check out.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and most of all very professional.
