The location and cleanliness was top tier.
Breakfast was lacking and several pieces of furniture and furnishings need repair.

The staff here was so friendly and nice. The room size was big which was nice
The property is a bit older which I understand, but it did feel a bit stuffy. I do attribute that to the carpets mostly,

The layout was clear. Elevator worked. The pool was inside, extremely cold pool!! Employees were friendly.
The hot tub was out of order, seems to have been for a while now. The cleanliness was not great. Stains on chairs, walls, bedding. Everything was dusty, no exaggeration. Tub had a repaired hole in it that was flaking. I took pics of all the damage upon arrival. Golf tournament was coming into town so prices were gouged. Changed hotels. Breakfast was the same daily.
