Location and price
Dirty , no information given at check in regarding crockery etc. as nothing in room, no coffee maker as listed in details , room not cleaned unless you request it again not told that at check in. General feeling that they tried to get away with doing az little as possible. Family run by Indians.

Absolutely nothing
The faucet dripped all night, outside cover dirty, people yelling in hall. Stopped as a way to break up a 15 hour drive and ended up getting no sleep- place sucked!!

Everything was fine. It just wasn't near anything. A car was a must. No sidewalks or stores in walking distance.

The location was close to the events I worked on back to back days and this gave me the opportunity to rest more than drive all the way home and back again.
I had a very late check in time and wasn't able to reach the staff based on the information posted in the lobby. Luckily I had another number in my phone as I'd called the hotel to confirm that an after midnight check in would be possible.

Construction equipment all over the parking lot.
Many people were loitering in the parking lot late at night.

it’s location close to airport.
staff was not competent. room service is added if paid for. Wi-Fi needs to be paid for as upgrade to actually work. the bed is meh. the tv is old and out dated. toilet had to be plunged every use.

Our room smelled terribly of cigarettes, and everything felt extremely outdated and worn down. we ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else.

pictures deceiving on the website. The long term residence appeared very sketchy. No trash can in my room. No ground floor. Either had to drag all of our luggage downstairs or upstairs, could not find an elevator when staff was asked for hot water for tea in the morning. They were rude and put out.

dark road and a dismal hotel inside and out with no elevator. had to walk up to third floor with my luggage at midnight. stairwell felt totally unsafe. staff useless. room reeked of smoke. including bed. had to cover pillows with bath towels to mask smell. carpet so stained I had to wear shoes to use bathroom. longest 10 hours of my life.

I’m having to stay at this property till I can do better the main reason I chose this property is because of the fully kitchen you just don’t find a motel that has a full stove this is awesome it’s just like a 1 bedroom studio apartment!!!!

the hallway smelt of marijuana from the room next to the one I was in. Had a blood stain on one pillow case and the refrigerator was not working correctly.

I liked the location, it was close to places to eat and close to downtown without being in heavy traffic.
The facilities and hotel was outdated. No ice machine, no drink machine. The furniture was worn and torn. The appliances was outdated and damaged.

conveniently located right outside of down town Nashville
the hallway smelled bad, I killed some kind of bug as soon as we walked in, found garbage behind one of the nightstands, tv remote hardly worked.

Just the staff and location
The carpet was dirty and sticky and the bed was uncomfortable, for the price that I paid. I will not stay there again
