Location was good
The facility was nasty and being refurbished during my stay. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was rude. Pool was green and had garbage in it. Bloody wall in the elevator

The staff was kind
When you pay For a hotel that looks great online but when you get there it looks different. They really should update their pictures. The rooms smelled like musty wet rooms there was a microwave in 1 room and the other one was missing Maybe they had leaks and they're going through Renovations but that is nasty. The pool is green, and garbage is everywhere. The kids couldn't even swim in the pool. The pricing for this place is way overpriced. Hopefully, They'll get it picked up and cleaned up but needless to say. I had to move my family over to the Hilton Garden Inn across the way on Thorton Road.

the location of where we where we were going
my key card wouldn’t work, it smelled like weed everywhere, the room stunk and the bathroom was dirty.

It was disgusting. Dirty and being renovated and they didn’t have a handicap accessible room which we paid for. The ice machine had black and green mold in it and when we showed the staff they were indifferent. I personally would like my money back.

I was coerced into paying 25 extra dollars just to check in early if it's possible to allow a paying customer to get in and settled then let them. It's not policy it's pocketed money. So of course I didn't get a receipt. I don't mind an extra fee but only if it's traceable. I feel like they are getting over because they can. That place is too raggedy to expect so much. They should be happy someone actually chooses that horribly maintained hotel room.

Loud guests slamming doors and shouting in hallway at 11pm. Hallway reeked of weed

holes in cover hair everywhere, spots on walls, tv too high up to little beds thin as paper i checked in and out a straight up roach motel do not go there let them finish their renovations please it’s disgusting they should close while they remodel

My AC was horrible, my room was too small the bathroom sink was clogged tge floor was nasty ,at night I could hear the people next door I could hear shower running ....this hotel need to be updated
