Clean, walkable to everything . Nice breakfast that was included. Laundry available. Pool and a fire pit as well.

Good location , good food
Some staff are grumpy, rude and snob. We have bad experience. The receptionist at noon time was the one that lied to me about a request I made a week before our arrival. She said that it was noted in my 5 room reservations. The next receptionist didn’t see the notes. There were 8 rooms reserved for our group. The customer service was called and settled the matter.

Close to West Yellowstone entrance
Plumbing was super load when neighbors run shower the pipes were screaming. Doors slamming. Just overall noisy. Light fixtures flickering. Ceiling was moldy. Not worth the price we paid. Night staff was grumpy. We asked for extra coffee for our room. They only had a couple available in the office and did not attempt to get any more.
