Rooms were nice and clean and comfy. Hot tub was nice and relaxing.
Breakfast was horrible. Hot food was dangerously cold and likely not safe to eat so didn't even eat for fear of food borne illness.

Convenient location, hot tub and pool were nice, breakfast was decent.

Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, bugs on the floor, smelt like weed, and the air didn’t work. We talked to the staff and they told us we couldn’t get a new room because they were completely booked. They gave us a air freshener and that was it.

The rooms were updated and beds were comfortable - the rooms were good size the pool water was nice and warm - the breakfast area was cute
Breakfast was mediocre, it wasn't stocked, guests were watching a show on computer in another language and it was loud - it was distracting could've been given a room to watch in not the breakfast area

The shower curtain did not go all the way around the shower itself.
It created a pool outside the shower.
The bathroom along side the door is paint peeling. The surfaces were dusty and allowed my daughters allergies to act up.

Pool was very nice. Location was good.
Rust everywhere. Dirty. Old. Outdated. Musty. Some of the staff were rude and dismissive. “Hot” breakfast was a boiled egg and sausage patties. Vending machines don’t take cards.

Staff was very good. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
Shuttle service was unorganized. One staff member told me to call down to the desk when I needed one and when I called down for it, a different staff member told me I should have booked it the day before.

The breakfast options were lacking, pool tiles were dirty and had mold.

we opened the door to a filthy room and nonfunctional toilet but we’re giving a new clean room in seconds.

the staff was super friendly and the manager was wonderful about refunding us!
the property smelled like smoke the minute I walked in the door even tho they said it was non smoking facility. our room wasn’t not clean. it was dirty. they did state new management took over 4 days before we got there but the hotel needs a full renovation.

everything when I first walked in they were very rude & unprofessional I had no clean towels in my room the whole stay went to the front desk they gave me 2 big towels the room was already dirty yes I took pictures the refrigerator in my room didn’t work we didn’t have a phone and the pool was so so dirty i would never ever book there again
