Breakfast offered a nice variety of foods and the breakfast cook was very pleasant
Upon entering the room, it smelled musty and the bathtub/shower was very slow to drain

Did not partake of breakfast as there were no gluten-free items.
The room was very, very clean.
The noise from the rental unit above ours was disturbing: lots of thudding sounds and very creaky floorboards overhead. I would not recommend Room 18 to anyone.

the breakfast was delicious. many choices mostly home made quiches, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc.
we couldn’t plug in a lamp and when we moved end table to look for an outlet the floor was filthy. we heard noises, not only from the street, which we expected since we were on the first floor, but from people showering and flushing the toilet in the room above ours. some gurgling sounds all night.

We chose the Schooner Bay Inn because it was close to Camden and we could bring our dog. It was a perfect location for visiting Camden, Rockland, and Belfast The homemade quiches and hot breakfasts were excellent. Although right on Route 1 it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. There was TV and free wifi. The room was very clean.
The room was small with two queen beds, which was fine, but there were no tables, desks, or places to put a suitcase or to set up a computer. There was also no closet to hang clothes. The water faucets were reversed so the hot came out of the cold faucet in the bathroom sink, but the water was nice and hot once you got used to the switch. The sink had no flat area around it for personal items. We ended up having our suitcases on the floor. A small microwave would have been nice. That being said, it worked well for us having the dog and and wanting to be near Camden.

Good location between Rockland and Stockport, good, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and very nice staff (special thanks to the cook in the morning)

They had many vacancies, despite a sense of urgency that is Bookings’ business model…but the location was the best for my situation that was last minute. Pet friendly is scarce and made the decision easy.
The room smelled like cigarettes, despite being “non smoking”…the furnishes and drapes were shabby and didnt close. Great towels and WiFi. TV was meh

I went down for breakfast @ 9:30 on a Sunday morning at was all shut down for the day the man at the front desk gave a big attitude on how late is was so we had no breakfast there.

Heater wasn’t working and the clerk could not do anything, no portable heaters available in case of break down

The staff was excellent! he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area he went out of his way to make us a map so we would not miss any of the local spots. And he made a killer breakfast!

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, definitely get what you pay for.
There was some debris in the sink and in the shower and there was a blanket with dog hair on it. I always carry lysol wipes and cleaner and paper towels, as some cleaning crews are in such a hurry sometimes things are overlooked.

Lovely friendly receptionist. Great breakfast. Good location
The room was old and dirty. I picked this place because the reviews said it was clean- my room was not. The carpet was grimey, there were squashed bugs on the bathroom wall as well as cobwebs. Worst of all the room smelt of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room.
The Wi-Fi did not work and the staff had no idea how to do a simple reboot of the router. Very disappointing!
