Easy access location but screened from highway. Comfortable beds.
Spartan appointments. No hooks for towels or toiletries bags, jackets. Well worn furniture. Tv in awkward location. Only one chair for sitting at the table

Convenience. Initially the staff. Two of my favorites were let go.
The unprofessional behavior of one individual who was not able conduct business with a sense of integrity

The breakfast was poor
something other than blueberry muffins would have been nice. We had to go to Wendys for breakfast. The stay would have been much more enjoyable if we had not had to put up with the phone operators. We were told we would have to pay about $250 for the 2 rooms when booking.com was offering the 2 rooms for a little under $200. Why not give people calling in the same rate as booking.com and keep all of the money yourselves?

There was no ice machine and the vending machine for drinks was empty of water. The breakfast was packaged muffins and granola bars.
