The room was relatively clean and convenient
The location is industrial and view is truly ugly. The problem was mostly the city itself. I didn’t expect it to be like this.

I loved things weren't bolted down. It was so clean! Front desk gentleman was very welcoming and kind.
I wasn't able to spend any time in the pool or jacuzzi. It was full of teenage boys! Not the hotel's fault, but was a huge let down!
I really needed the relax time in the jacuzzi.

Good location for us having driven down from Forks. Room was huge with a very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking available. Would recommend.

it was nice we could walk across bridge to downtown but very hectic road to cross to do so
way over priced for the value and did not appreciate waking up to a dog crapping in the hallway and peeing at the front desk…not a great way to start the day or even consider breakfast at that point. AC in room also never really worked and for the $$ they should have offered a happy hour reception and made to order breakfast…we will not be returning.

Room was huge! Breakfast had many options.
There were horns in the middle of the night from somewhere, not sure what it was. We could also hear the shower from the adjacent room.
Some of the towels were dirty.

Room was nice, spacious, and clean. Noise was also not an issue.
The hotel seemed old and a bit dingy in the common areas. I did not plan on using the pool but it looked not great. Also the view out the back of the hotel is pretty ugly but that's not a big deal for just spending the night.

Breakfast offerings not providing a non-sugar option such as unsweetened oatmeal and unsweetened yogurt.
Reception person (male), never told us that the price of room would appear on card, TEMPORARILY as having an added credit. My credit card company alerted me the total and I was ALARMED. I tried to call the desk, repeatedly, and no one ever answered. Very upsetting.

The facility is standard for Best Western.
We paid $399 for a room whose rate was $249 posted on the door. No curtain to block the light! Breakfast was mostly prepackaged carbs.
