Matterhorn Tower

Great location. Great price for a suite. Newly remodeled. Homey feel. Unique exterior. Owners/management easy to talk with; onsite; familiar with regulars who return annually for events.

Suite had (2) AC units, late Aug in AR typically hot, bedroom unit struggled to keep up. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Couldn't find a way to contact property directly once booked.

Meeting Chris and being extremely friendly with my beloved furry companion, Balú, was extremely supportive. I’d recommend Matterhorn Towers to whomever decides to visit Eureka Springs.

Wifi could you use a bit better access, but it overall stay was great!!!

....liked the atmosphere of the hotel..not the typical cookie cutter hotel..a quirky charm!

It was close to the event.

The proprietor allowed an acquaintance check into my room without my permission and without me being present. He didn't verify any form of ID. He only asked for my phone number I was the only person on the list for the room, so basically a serial killer who knew my phone number could've checked into my room before I got there. Also the water temperature in the shower would change from hot to cold and back to hot on its own. The windows in the bedroom were so cloudy you couldn't see out of them and the couch cushions were so worn and flat that you could feel the frame digging into you.
