The location is right on gorgeous Ogunquit Beach. It's perfect. Our room had been updated since last year and it was very nice. We especially like the bathroom and the super comfortable mattress on the bed. It's so great to be able to just look out the slider at the sunrises!!
The wi-fi wasn't good this trip. We rely on it to check home cameras and pet feeder cameras and it just wasn't available a lot. We had to keep trying and it was rather frustrating.

Right on the beach. An easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and we loved the balcony. Very nice staff. Having the bikes to use was wonderful!
I was surprised that the building doors were not locked. Parking was pretty hard for a full size truck. We had a very loud neighbor upstairs from us (no fault of the resort though) I'm not sure if Splash is owned by the resort or not but we did not enjoy our breakfast there at all. It sounds like a long list of complaints but honestly, it was a wonderful place that we really enjoyed!

The beds were so very comfortable. The room relaxing. The deck so pleasing and relaxing. Being on the beach was perfect as I could simply walk out and enjoy. Perfect sunrise. Oh yes and the shower was very nice. The room is a Modern upgrade to a an old hotel. Restaurant on the premise overlooks the ocean. Just love it here
Parking is a hassle. Having to walk out across to the beaches public parking is a nuisance. No elevator is a drag especially when there is a handicap to your walking. But I love the location and make do.

Location, staff, the rooms were great.
Little loud being on first floor…. Kids on second floor running around at 6am . Luckily we were moved to second floor for the second night which was perfect
