Room was very clean which I liked the courtyard area and pool was very clean also which I like. They had an ironing board a nice refrigerator a blow dryer a lot of hotels are missing things like that these days..
The TV was a good size.
Although I didn't like the breakfast it was only waffles and very basic..
The host is very accommodating with my special requests his name was Alexander.
Very polite guy.
I didn't love the location of the establishment for considering everything is on the inside with the courtyard and the pool it wasn't that bad.
One thing about the bathrooms is the counters are very low but I guess you can get used to that.

Staff was very polite and made sure we got a room in the lower level so my mother could be comfortable, rooms where very clean and spacious, breakfast was good as well.
The coffee maker in the breakfast area was not working and a couple of guests were disappointed but the staff was working on it promptly and also told us that we could make coffee in our rooms and if more was needed they would happily provide it to us
