It’s always easy to get in and out. The staff are always friendly
Looks a bit run down on the outside, but they have so much business it is inevitable. I wish they would clean the tv remotes more as well as the tv guides.

Accessible from car to door for elderly Bed was clean and comfortable. Mini split works well.
Magnetic card door openers don't work reliably .leaf blower pushed dirt and dust under the door as the attendant cleaned the sidewalk. Not enough cups, digital clock couldn't be plugged in.

They allow dogs, and the first pet stayed for free.
The room wasn’t clean, and on checking out, I noticed a hand written sign posted on a back wall stating that there was a $65 charge deducted from the $100 deposit if dog hair was found. Fortunately, I had brought a small vacuum and vacuumed up the dog hair prior to checking out. I felt it should be on the website to forewarn pet owners.
