Breakfast good, not excellent. You charge for room was too much--total $162. Staying across the street tonight on Gloster for $123. You should refund me some.
Just the expense.

Bed was a little soft. However this is better than being too hard.

This is what a hotel should be, friendly staff, a comfortable bed, a big room, clean and well taken care of rooms. GREAT A/C!!!

Lillie, at the front desk , was amazing. She was kind and a friendly face.
Our room was not super clean. There were greasy fingerprints on the doors, and desks . And there were crumbs in the bed. When we tried to give our son a shower it was cold. We were put in an adjoining room and the person in the adjoining side was soooo loud .
