Comfortable beds. Furniture was useful.
Good location.
Replace or clean the chair.. Make sure there are light bulbs in all the lamps. The tub faucet leaked. The markings on the air conditioner were impossible to read because it's so old. Either make new markings or buy a new unit.

the friendliness of the staff and now helpful they were,
i room was not checked on in the day, bins not emptied.

The breakfast was simple, a lower end traditional Hotel breakfast.
The Hotel needs some TLC. The carpets are rather dirty and all flooring is quite old. Much of the hotel needs updated. The toilet was a bit wobbly. It was quite overpriced for the night. We understand the price was raised because it was the Dino Soar Festival.
