Everyone was friendly i felt welcomed and safe
When using the washer and dryer card option wasn’t working and i didn’t have quarters but one of the residents was able to give me some so i appreciate that

Clean place and spacious suite with a little kitchen area. Good location for a stopoff from I95
No coffee maker in the room, and free coffee downstairs was not hot or fresh and no unsweetened milk or cream available. I know it seems like a small detail, but to this traveler, it made a good stay just so-so.

I will admit, the room was highly unexpected for a single bed. The hot water was consistent, breakfast was basic (but fulfilling), and there was plenty of room to park. The staff were nice and allowed me to checkout at noon instead of 11am.
The bed was okay. The bathroom door handle kept coming out every time I opened it, so I had to push it back in to turn the handle to open.

Good location to the airport. Staff was friendly on check in.
Cleanliness. I stayed in room 105 and it smelled like it had been a smoking room for many years. The entire hallways smells like an ashtray as you walk down it. This hotel needs a total renovation or just make it a smoking hotel.
