Facility was gated.

They advertise breakfast. But it is not.

Having a little kitchen was great.

Staff was barely present. Swing shift staff would disappear for long periods of time.

It was okay

Breakfast fine, pot smoking when not allowed for nonsmoking rooms. Garbage in the parking lot. Staff attentive and prompt.

Garbage cleaned, better appliances and rules enforced.

Room was clean.

Need to COMPLETELY remove breakfast included from description. Day 1 not even snacks provided, waited 20 minutes for just coffee and had to ask for cups. Day 2 there were oatmeal packs and granola bars. Barely even considered 'continental' breakfast. Only booked here because "breakfast ' was supposed to be included

Worst Stay Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not allowed to check in!!!! That means that I was homeless, 6 hours from my home!!!! The hotel made the mistake, but I was the one who paid for their mistake. Everyone said that they're sorry, but I'm the one who is really sorry for using Booking.com. PS It won't ever happen again!!!!! At least with this stupid company.

Not bad - I’d stay again.

Location is great -close to everything in Tacoma proper.

Was a bit noisy, with people coming and going outside late at night/early morning with u-hauls and moving trucks. I wouldn’t stay on the ground floor again to avoid street noise.

no one was there to check us in. waited for 30 mins after a long drive and left. tried to call no answer and was still charged a no show fee

Having a kitchen to cook. A clean laundry room.

The stove tops do not get very hot to fry foods. The smell in the hallway. Almost everyday the key cards stop working locking you out at times and having to walk all the way around the building to the front door.

Room had no towels or a garbage can. went in ate and went to sleep because wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t notice no towels till morning when wanted to shower.

I like how the rooms r set up, the king suits r very large and have a lot of open space.

How the queen rooms don't have the same furniture as the king's rooms

We saw several spiders in the room. Room smells bad. The building looks good from the outside but inside is old and dated.

Do not stay here.

This hotel is very sketchy. There are people living in it at hang out at the entrance drinking heavily. The area was unsafe. The hotel is basic and run down. Rooms were dingy.

Run-down. Uncomfortable. Poor staff e.g. when asking about the elevator not working - answer came back as "correct" - nothing else... no apology, offer to help etc.
