It was clean, nice and for the price... GREAT!
The ice maker went down on all the floor, and the front door was stuck open (I didn't care), but it was stuck closed after running errands, and I couldn't get in. The traffic trying to get out is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!

Breakfast was disappointing compared to other Holiday inn express. Overall was average and the shower water heater didn’t work well.

The front desk worker was so awesome. She help me and my daughter the whole week. She is a star employee.
I know her name begins with a S- I just can not remember it. She work night shift.

noisy plumbing kept me up all night. no sound proofing. heard the hallway and the neighbors all night talking and coughing.

All THREE washing machines were broken the whole 12 days we stayed.
The only ice machine woking was on the fourth floor
