The location was ok. The huge problem was that the bridge was out & the 383 bus had been rerouted and the receptionist couldn't tell me where I could catch the 383 bus that runs down West 127 & Cicero Ave. to the CTA Orange line train. I had to walk with my luggage to around 5001 W 127th in order to catch the bus.

The fact that the receptionist couldn't tell me where to catch the bus and that I had to walk quite a distance for the bus. Also the bed was way too hard.

They asked came with fresh towels without asking. And the bed was comfortable.

No microwave or refrigerator for my meds. Cobwebs in the corner of the room, where I literally watched a spider take prey of a giant ant! That’s what you call free entertainment I guess. However it was still clean, just a little outdated and needed some TLC with the walls and fresh coat of paint. The blanket was so thin, it look like a sheet. And it’s not even a real blanket or comforter it’s a duvet cover!
