not quiet, beds not comfortable, smelled

I made the reservation for a room with a bed and they gave me one of two beds and they didn’t smoke and they gave me one where they smoke and the place smells very bad of marijuana

no towels or shower soap shampoo or conditioner. stove was dirty.

I kept catching someone coming out of my room each time I would leave the room

Staff was friendly and room was clean

No ice machine and no coffee maker in the room. Also only lighting in the room was the main light would have been nice to have it a lamp. Also I booked a room with a queen size bed and ended up with a room with two double beds

air conditioner did not cool room and was loud, if you want/need dishes you have to purchase them

Had to keep exchanging keys because not working. refrigerator and microwave did not work.

No pool for kids to have fun and no breakfast offered

staff woke us up at 1am. front desk personal was supposedly at our door and it was not. some woman in regular clothes was at our door. actual employees were no where to be seen. i couldn’t sleep because of them, they kept checking our car out. we felt like our privacy was being invaded. we ended up leaving at 1:30 am because of how rude they were.

There were roaches in the room and several other bugs in the bathroom. The elevator was disgusting. The beds were not comfortable.

Location was ok

The people next door where loud and running up and down the halls. Kids screaming. Bugs in the bathroom. Would only give 2 towels per room but we had 4 people in the room.
