Poor mattress, no grab bars in the shower/tub

Nothing, all was ok Just breakfast stopped at 9am which is too early.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Not have everyone check in at 4:00, I got there at 3:30 and was told to come back at 4:00 only to have to stand in a long line. What is 30 minutes “if the room is ready “

The breakfast was fantastic. Julie is fabulous and does a wonderful job!! 5 Stars for her! The location is amazing! The tiki bar was wonderful!

*After traveling for over 10 hours to get there, we were very disappointed that we had to spend the first several minutes cleaning up both alive and dead spiders from the ceiling and walls....10 of them to be exact. Woke up to a huge dead cockroach next to our bed on our last morning there. *Later that evening around 10:30pm as we were laying in bed trying to go to sleep, a housekeeper used her master key and let herself into our room. No knocking first, no declaration that she was entering the room...nothing. Thankfully we had the top door lock on so she wasn't able to fully open the door. *We were there for 2 nights and only had 1 tiny bar of soap to use (which isn't much for showers and hand washing over 2 days for two people). I ended up grabbing one off the cart as we walked by. *We seemed to be in a much older section of the property along with other guests. There were other buildings that honestly looked a little nicer, but there were hardly any cars in front of them. Our room was directly over the Tiki Bar and pool which was a little loud until the bar closed at 9pm. I would consider staying again, but not in the same building.
