The staff was very nice. The location was great. I was a little worried after reading the reviews. Upon arrival it was nothing but a great experience. The room was clean, bed was soft, and my pillows were great.
My toilet got stopped up and the plunger didnt work to unplunge it. I had to use the restroom in the hall which I had to ask for the key each time.

The staff are very nice and respectful. Rene always makes check in and extend very simple and stress free. I have a busy career so it is comforting knowing that my belongings are safe and secure when I leave.

It’s proximity to the stores and restaurants of Conroe. The staff were also lovely. Plenty of parking. The rooms were very cold and shower was very hot.
The atmosphere around the building. There were people just hanging around everywhere, smoking marijuana in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes outside the front door as we tried to walk in to check in. The room didn’t have any bedding or towels. The tub was dirty. Television was outdated which isn’t an issue but it was past its prime and definitely not HD. The bed was squeaky. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.
