Location
The breakfast was very limited. No trash cans in the actual room, just one in the bathroom. The room had a horrible smell. We ended up going to Walmart to get febreeze and Lysol to try and help with the smell but it didn’t work. There were hairs in the shower. One of the towels had black spots on it. And the sink had so many stains it makes it look dirty.

I like the affordable price
I didn't like the breakfast or the roach I saw in the kitchen. I didn't like the bath didn't have a stopper or mat.i also didn't like the run down old furniture and kitchen...I didn't like the bed.it was very very hard.i didn't have a blanket I only had a sheet and very light blanket that was not comfortable.
I didn't like that I had to send 22 emails and run around with staff , awaiting a refund for my early check out...that was very frustrating going back n fort with multiple staff claiming they couldn't authorize it..

I left a prescription medication in a thermal container in the freezer, when I called back the next day realizing I was missing it, I was told nothing had been found in the room.

Location was convenient to attractions
room did have a proper lock. Basic kitchen supplies were not in the room you have to request them ie. plates, silverware, coffee pot, cups. most chains have those things in the room. dishes aren not cleaned throughly. advertises breakfast is included but it’s just grab a muffin or snack bar at the door.

There were roaches in the room. Who wants to pay $140 to have roaches in the room.

there was feces in the stairwell. informed the front desk, was told there was nothing they could do but make a note. will not stay at this location again.

Place was okay for the price, the room and facilities are outdated. The beds were okay, our room had a random tennis ball behind our chair lol.
Place was a little our dated, the towels were rough.

it was convenient to many restaurants and the freeway
it was old. Several lights in our room did not work, the phone had issues. A shelf in the closet area was broken. The pillowcases were rough, not soft at all. The box of tissue in our room only had like four in them. One of the ladies at the front desk was no help at all when asking about nearby restaurants. She just said that she’s not from Houston, and doesn’t go out to eat..

there were roaches crawling all over our room, we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there and left the same night we checking in

I didn't like that the elevator didn't work and our room was on the 3rd floor...our room was disgusting and it smelled very bad..I will never book her again...our new year plans actually had to get cancelled bc we had to find another hotel to stay at

Close location to the hospital
The elevator was out of order and had issues with the smoke alarms in the first room then again in the second room we were moved to.

The elevators not working. The front desk acting like they couldn’t extend my stay at the front and saying I had to rebook every time like this my first time staying at a hotel. Especially this one in particular and I’ve never had to do that. When the website says you book through booking.com or TripAdvisor.

The room and furnishings were clean and in good repair. Small kitchen area fit nicely into the room. I would have liked a coffee maker and coffee. There were not any in our room.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
