Holiday Inn Fredericksburg - Conference Center by IHG

The hotel is right out of I95. The room was great and the bed as well. We did not book breakfast but there is a McDonald few minutes by car. The hptel has arestaurant but we did not eat there. Great hotel.

Nothing.

The room itself was great. One of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, and I spend a lot of time in hotels! A large comfortable room in general, loved having a Keurig in the room! Lots of restaurants/fast food around, Target, etc. Quick trip into Fredericksburg.

Unfortunately, this was also one of THE noisiest hotels I’ve ever experienced. The guests in general were loud, but I quickly discovered the real issue when I turned off the lights at night… and there was way too much light from the door. Turns out there was a HUGE gap under the door, I could actually stick my entire hand under it, out into the hall!! 😳 The next day, I checked, and sure enough, every door on the second floor was cut incorrectly. So even with your door shut, you heard all the noise from the hall! And just to top it off, I was put in a room with an adjoining door - at 7am the next morning, I had to listen to a very loud conversation by the couple next door where I could hear every word. It’s really a shame the basic structure of the hotel was built so cheaply as the room itself was very comfortable. I made it work, but would not choose it again because of the noise level.

amenities were minimal ex in room one tea. Shower water pressure was minimal

Location was a lot near the hotel and wasn’t far from downtown it was clean

The shower was broke the shades was broke couldn’t even let the son in and the be was uncomfortable only one elevator was working one of my dispensers in the shower was broken
