This a nice simple motel with everything you might need. What really makes it overly special is the owner. We have never been so well taken care of. He made sure we had coffee every morning, made us try some of the best melons we have ever had and recommended really beautiful and uncrowded areas where to hike and take pictures! This has become our favourite spot!

Great manager, very friendly has great watermelons and coffee. The room was a little dated buy I've spent hundreds of dollars for other hotels and this one was better than most of them. No bugs, air conditioning worked great, tv worked great, clean hot water. Felt safe, great view of the canyons and couldn't beat the price. Would definitely recommend if you're passing through.

2 of the plugs in the room didn't work but the others did just needs a little updating on cosmetic appeal but great little place

Wayne upgraded my room on check in and actually saved me money. he was very nice and made sure my room met my needs. there were Plenty of fluffy pillows and comfy bed. refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave and parking in front of rooms.

I had a good night's sleep, a good shower in the morning and a great cup of coffee in reception (don't underestimate it!). All for a very good price. I really warmed to Wayne's honest and straightforward character - you won't get a generic script read out to you when you check-in, you'll be greeted by a real (and slightly quirky) guy with whom, if you want, you can have a nice long friendly chat, as we did when we checked in.

I have to admit that some of the decor was dated, but it all worked fine - the property is a good ol' traditional motel and has character. If you are someone looking for a slick generic modern chain motel, then pay twice as much and go elsewhere.

Wayne at the desk was awesome! He took 5dollars off the room. Made us fresh muffins that were really good. The park across the street was great fun for our Grandson.

I'm sorry but I can't recommend it.The water sucked, no coffee pot. No ice and we had baby cockroches in our room. With some good maintenance it would be a great value. As it is, not so much a value.

We got 3 queen beds and extra floor space for a very reasonable price!

The facility is old, but it worked well for us.

The room had not been properly vacuumed. There were bits of debris throughout the room.

Microwave and small refrigerator were equipped.

Overall cleanness didn't meet my expectations. The room didn't seem to be well maintained.

It's cheap. The clerk was nice. Clean sheets and bathroom as clean as possible considering condition. No bugs. Space and set up was nice.

Bathroom needs a tearout. Vanity is separated from wall and under sink is deteriorated. Window doesn't open easily and doesn't close completely so won't lock. Overall the tool should be remodeled down to the studs. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but I was able to sleep.
