It is reasonably priced. Not fancy at all, but what I look for. A decent place if you are not expecting a modern building.

The owner ? who checked us in was beyond friendly and offered offered "the best coffee" in the morning. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was great for the price and close to Arches Nat. Park. I would rent here again.

Coming here is like visiting family. I love this motel because has all you need: a comfy bed, good size refrigerator, blankets and towels as needed, and great coffee every day. It’s very clean, despite the vintage looking. The owners are the best people and always make sure you feel welcome!

Wayne was awesome. The place was clean; the bed was good; the location was great (tiny town, so every place is great); the price was more than the room was worth, but it’s a tourist town.

Nothing. It’s a really really old place, with worn down everything, but clean and surprisingly quiet.
