Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Galleria - Uptown

All but not handicap or shower. I am in a wheelchair. Checkout is too early with no time extension allowed. I’m am then e for medical appointment on Saturday and son returns to room to sleep until check out time. He had to stay in car until I was ready to be picked up at 3:30.

Latanya was wonderful. I would go back to stay just to see her again. She was attentive made sure we were comfortable and ment all our needs.

There is a lot. First there was no supplies in the room dishes, silverware just a note that we didn't see til we were leaving that there may be supplies if requested. The vending machines didn't work. The so call breakfast consisted of coffee and package oatmeal no bowls or spoons to eat it with or to even make the oatmeal in.. there could at least be fruit other pastries paper goods bowls spoons to eat the package oatmeal with. There was one small face soap and one small bar soap to bathe with. Two small pillows on the bed that were so flat it had to be doubled to sleep on. The pictures on the web page don't resemble the actual rooms nor actually tell what kind of breakfast would be served that would be helpful in planning breakfast not just being misled with package oatmeal with no bowls or spoons to prepare or eat it with.
