The staff was exceptional!! Everyone was so friendly! Also, the kickback service was amazing! The food was excellent! My kids went back for thirds!
More elevators would have been nice.

Convents location to highways, eating establishments variety at breakfast and the kickbacks in the evening.
My linen has a large stain on it and the tub constantly dripped.

It was our first time staying at a Drury Inn and couldn't believe that they offered the cocktail hour and food. Also, the breakfast was very nice and the room nice and clean and updated.

Everyone on staff was so pleasant! The hotel was easy to get to and surrounded by popular shopping. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The staff were pleasant
The fact that my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. I paid good money to stay there instead of downtown St. Louis thinking our truck would be safer. But instead the window was broken out and we left in the middle of the night due to safety concerns. No adjustments were made to our bill even though I now have to spend money to replace the window broken out and didn't stay as long as we were suppose to. There needs to be more lighting in the parkinglot.

The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Food at kickback, mashed potatoes, soup, meatballs and gravy, nachos, hotdogs. Breakfast was plentiful, pastries, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee, breakfast potatoes, etc.
The food at kickback was rather cool than hot, but still delicious. Loved the bacon potato soup!
